Q: What is the procedure for taking admission in OIVET?
Ans: You can take admission through any one of the Authorized Training Centre/Admission Centre of OIVET.
Q: What would be the minimum eligibility criteria for admission at OIVET?
Ans: The courses offered have an eligibility of 8th, 10th and 12th depends on which course you are applying
Q: Why the fees vary from Centre to Centre?
Ans: The fees charged by the training centre, depends upon the services they provide like additional training, visual aids etc. However, the candidate should be vigilant and should inform OIVET in case if they charge exorbitant fees.
Q: What are the specializations offered at OIVET?
Ans: OIVET offers the classroom module under the experimental learning method.
Q: What will be included in the admission process?
Ans: As a part of the admission process, all candidates will have a one to one interaction with the faculty members.
Q: What is the procedure for correction in result?
Ans: The learner may apply for correction to the OIVET Authorized Centre/Institute within 3 days of declaration of result, if any discrepancy is found in the result after 3 days the correction is chargeable according to the prevailing fees.
Q: In case any student fails in the examination, what will be the next step?
Ans: Student will get a chance to write a new exam.
Q: What is ODES?
Ans: On Demand Examination System (ODES) is an examination facility provided by OIVET to its learners. A learner can appear under the ODES as and when ready for the examination after first public examination. A learner can apply online for ODES and can choose a date of examination as per convenience. ODES examinations are conducted in all Authorized Centre on a monthly basis.
Q: Is there any rebate of fees for SC/ST/Female students?
Ans: At Present No, we are in the process of getting Government Grant. After that, it is possible.
Q: Will the Answer papers revalue?
Ans: YES.
Q. Whether any student can change the course once the registration procedure is completed?
Ans: Yes, within one month from the date of registration with Fine.
Q: What is the maximum and minimum strength of Students in OIVET?
Ans: There is no such restriction.
Q: Is there Study materials available for all courses?
Ans: No, But we can provide Recommended Books list.
Q: Is there Questions Bank available for all courses?
Ans: Yes.
Q: Are internal marks applicable to all courses?
Ans: Yes
Q: What is the best mode of communication with you by Phone, by letter or by E-mail?
Ans: E-mail is always best.
Q: How I will communicate with OIVET?
Ans: Via E-mail usually or by Mobile Phone (Rarely).
Q: What is the cost of Application Form & Prospectus of OIVET?
Ans: Rs. 50/- and Rs.300/- respectively.
Q: What is the Cost of Exam Application Form?
Ans: It is Free of Cost.
Q: Is syllabus available for all courses on the OIVET website?
Ans: Yes.
Q: If I decide to withdraw from the program, can I get my tuition fee refunded?
Ans: No, fees will be forfeited.
